There was a possible domestic disturbance on Circle Drive in front of Knobview Hall. A male subject was hitting a vehicle with his backpack and yelling at the female driver. Subject then got into the vehicle and left campus. Louisville Metro Police were notified to do a welfare check at residence.
Oct. 9 at 5:41 p.m.
An officer checked on a vehicle sitting in the Hawthorne Parking Lot by Forest Lodge. The driver of the vehicle was given a written citation for not having any financial responsibility for the vehicle and for loitering on campus.
Oct. 12 at 6:22 p.m.
A theft report was taken from a student on an iPod Touch she had plugged into a computer to charge while she worked her shift. The value of the iPod is approximately $320.
Oct. 12 at 7:25 p.m.
A suspicious vehicle was parked at the IUS Lake. Turns out a worker turning on pumps to water some sod didn’t advise IUS Police he would be working late.
Oct. 13 at 4:04 p.m.
A student came into the IUS Police Office worried that the car she parked next to had a slashed tire. The tire was just worn, and the officer left a note on the car.
