Three male IUS students were observed on video surveillance standing by a car and acting suspicious. An IUS Police officer went out to the Magnolia Parking Lot to investigate. The three students had been smoking marijuana. Andre D. Sherman, 18, was arrested by court summons for possession of marijuana. Jacob C. Ball, 19, was arrested by court summons on possession of paraphernalia because of a glass smoking pipe found inside his car. All three will be referred to Ruth Garvey-Nix, vice chancellor of Student Affairs.

A student reported feeling queasy after seeing her own blood. Everything checked out OK.
Oct. 21 at 8:45 a.m.
Computer hardware was reported stolen from Physical Sciences, room 007. A theft report was issued for the stolen hard drive and motherboard. The equipment was worth about $265.
