Nov. 23 at 1:08 p.m.
A central processing unit was taken from a second floor computer room in Grove Lodge. A report was taken.
Dec. 7 at 1:20 p.m.
An officer responded to a student claiming $140 was stolen out of his wallet located in his Orchard Lodge dorm room.
Nov. 20 at 2:44 a.m.
An officer tried to make a traffic stop for a car on Grant Line Road driving too far left of the lane’s center. Even though the officer turned on his lights and siren, the car turned onto Hausfeldt Lane but didn’t stop. The man, Dion Moorman, 29 of New Albany, threw something out of the window, which was later identified as marijuana. The driver ignored the stop sign at Green Valley Road and turned onto Mt. Tabor Road. The New Albany Police Department then joined the pursuit at this location. The car finally stopped at the Kmart on Grant Line Road, and Moorman was arrested for resisting arrest, fleeing, operating while intoxicated with a previous conviction, possession of marijuana, obstruction of justice and public intoxication.
Nov. 29 at 11:58 p.m.
An officer unlocked a door for a student to move his things out of one room in Orchard Lodge to the correct room that was his.
Nov. 30 at 3:45 p.m.
An officer was dispatched to the Food Court on the report of a worker having a seizure. The worker refused medical treatment. The employee was also reported having a seizure on Jan. 4 at 1:23 p.m., Jan. 6 at 1:14 p.m., Jan. 6 at 1:40 p.m. and Jan. 12 at 3:40 p.m.
Dec. 2 at 10:22 a.m.
Officers were dispatched to check on a complaint made about a toddler being left alone in a vehicle in Hickory Parking Lot. The officers advised there was an adult sitting in the front seat with the seat leaned backward, and everything checked out OK.
Dec. 10 at 12:31 p.m.
A call came in that a student hit a parked car in the Central Parking Lot. There was minor damage done to the two vehicles, and the two parties exchanged information.
Dec. 31 at 10 p.m.
On New Year’s Eve, a power outage was reported on campus. Lights went out in Life Sciences, half of Grove Lodge and the Evergreen East Parking Lot.
Jan. 19 at 3:57 p.m.
A student reported the theft of their debit card from a dorm room.
