Student Poll:
Of the IUS students surveyed, only 13% said that they would support the U.S. taking military action in Syria in response to the use of chemical weapons.
A roughly equal amount of surveyed students said they were too uninformed on the matter to form an opinion.
73% of surveyed IUS students, on the other hand, said they were opposed to U.S. involvement.
Some students said they would support limited involvement, or involvement if certain criteria were met. Journalism senior Ethan Smith would support limited involvement “as long as there were no boots on the ground,” he said.
