Nov. 2 at 12:08 p.m.
A caller reported suspicious activity inside a light blue van parked in the Dogwood Parking Lot by the IUS Lake. The caller thought two people may have been smoking marijuana. Turns out they were students smoking cigarettes in their car.
Nov. 3 at 10:24 a.m.
A report came in of a loose security plate protecting computer equipment in University Center, room 128. There was no evidence the loose plate was the result of foul play. A report was taken.
Nov. 3 at 10:44 a.m.
An officer took an unfounded theft report from a student who thought their wallet was stolen from their unlocked vehicle. The wallet was soon found in the IUS Police’s Lost and Found box.
Nov. 3 at 11:44 a.m.
A student working in the Food Court walked into the IUS Police Office with a visible burn on her hand. She had a first-degree burn from spilling hot liquid. She was transported to an immediate care center.
Nov. 4 at 3:04 p.m.
An officer was dispatched to the Food Court when a worker had a seizure. The employee was checked but refused further medical treatment.
