Dear Editors,
I was reading your article “Biology Lecturer Promotes Field” that was posted online on Nov. 22. I would like to let Susan Reigler know that we do not live in the most technically advanced country in the world, in fact, far from it. And that she should not be saying students need to be interested in science to increase a falling percentage, but to catch up with the rest of the world. A professor should at least know where we stand and how to promote a field of interest correctly.
